Transfer - Progress should only represent successful storage transfer

• All tests passed. If this feature is not already covered by the tests, I added new tests.
• All static analysis checks passed.

• I used gofmt for formatting the code before submitting the pull request.

• Revert most of Transfer - Fix some issues in the progressbar #997 changes because I figured out that the progress that didn't get filled is actually expected:

Total files: 103
Delayed files: 34
Errors: 1

103 - 34 - 1 = 68.

• Keep the phase 3 label fix
