An user can signup to this portal and get its web address page, and it can receive messages from any other internet user without having a registration. It's possible to receive notification, via Push or other, when a new message is received.

You can signup on the website and create your permalink on your profile, and you give it to others to access to your web page. The other user can access your page and send you a message, choose which kind of notification receive and start a chat with you.
This project is created from a dropin JS framework I invented and using Firebase. It also contains the Firebase functions folder.
