Read CONTRIBUTING.md.

Summary of changes:

This first PR parses AniList Markdown into an ASTNode.
A follow up PR will then convert the ASTNode to AnnotatedStrings.

Tested changes:

TODO: Use a string with all test cases to make sure this works.
