This wiki introduces users to the Human Microbiome Data Analysis and Coordination Center (HMPDACC) Data portal. This data portal allows users to filter and download data from the Human Microbiome Project Data Portal, which is a data repository for diverse human microbiome datasets from both the initial Human Microbiome Project (HMP-1) and the integrative Human Microbiome Project (iHMP).
