also reflect that numba is not optional anymore
in stages overview, NUMBA_CUDA_AVAIL -> TARGET and OMP_NUM_THREADS -> PISA_NUM_THREADS (more general I think)
remove failure/dependence from legend
FTYPE kept (could consider whether usage of CTYPE or ITYPE is also worth indicating)
