Initial GeoPubby release

This intial release includes:

• Support for more than 15 different geospatial downlift formats
• Fuzzy search to search the label index
• Support for CRS system transformations for geodataformats (other formats will be supported in a next release)
• Preliminary support for coverage formats (CoverageJSON, XYZASCII)
