🦟 Bug fix

Summary

The UI of new versions of CloudCompare looks a bit different than in the tutorial. This PR updates it to the newest version available on flathub.

Also turned some PNG screenshots into JPEGs to save bandwidth.

It would make sense to backport this fix to all older distros as the tutorial suggests using CC from flathub.
