Tested with:

RAMPS1.4 with A4988 drivers @ 200 steps; 16 microsteps
EMC02 with A4988 drivers @ 400 steps; 16 microsteps
Arduino 1.6.5

NOTES:
This release bridges FireStep v1.x and v2.x, permitting easy merges
of bug fixes between major versions. It is based on the fireduino
abstraction namespace for MCU independence.
