The PHP distributed by RHEL and CentOS doesn't seem to know about the
conf.dandcli/conf.ddirectories, so I patched this to make it just dump those .ini files into$php::config_dir. This might not be the cleanest way to do things, but it seems to be what the PHP build on RHEL/CentOS understands.
