In my spare time when I'm not studying or working, I love taking leisurely strolls around my neighborhood, city streets, and parks, armed with my trusty camera. It's my way of soaking up the sights and snapping photos of the people and places that catch my eye. But for me, it's not just about clicking random shotsβ€”it's about telling stories and creating narratives.

When I'm out there with my camera, my mission is to capture those genuine expressions of joy, grief, and excitement. I want to look through my viewfinder and feel what others are feeling, like I'm right there in the moment with them. Those precious instants that pass by in a heartbeat, I want to freeze them in time forever. It's therapeutic for me, you know, this whole street photography gig. It allows me to imagine what life looks like from the other side of the coin.

And you know what's really cool? Along my walks, I often end up bumping into people and striking up conversations. That's another reason why I'm drawn to street photographyβ€”it's a fantastic way to meet new folks and get to know their stories. We'll chat for a bit, exchange a few laughs, and maybe even forge a temporary connection. It adds a whole new dimension to my photo-taking adventures, injecting them with human warmth and authenticity.

So, yeah, for me, it's not just about capturing pretty pictures. It's about embracing the experience, diving into the streets, and immersing myself in the colorful tapestry of life. Every click of the camera brings me closer to understanding the world and the people who inhabit it. It's my way of freezing the essence of existence, one frame at a time. πŸ” I’m currently participating in our group capstone project called Cybersecurity Training Range Project at The Knowledge House

Our group capstone project focused on designing and implementing a comprehensive cloud-based cybersecurity training range environment. Our objective was to develop a solution that could be utilized for future cohorts or potentially be offered as a learning and training product to companies. Throughout the project, we demonstrated our knowledge, skills, and abilities in a variety of AWS services, showcasing our expertise in planning, designing, configuring, provisioning, securing, and deploying high-quality solutions.

The main goal was to create a full-scale cloud native cybersecurity training range environment using AWS services. We carefully considered the requirements and needs of future cohorts or potential corporate clients to ensure that our solution was robust, feature-rich, and effective. To achieve this, we leveraged a range of AWS services, including EC2 for hosting various applications and tools needed for cybersecurity training. IAM was used to manage access and permissions to the different resources within the environment, ensuring proper security measures were in place.

AWS Security Groups and NACLS were implemented to enforce network-level security policies, protecting against unauthorized access and potential threats. We also utilized WAF (Web Application Firewall) to add an extra layer of protection against web exploits and attacks.

For data storage, we employed S3, a scalable and reliable solution that could accommodate the large amounts of data generated during the training sessions. VPC Networking, subnetting, and routing were utilized to create a segregated network environment, ensuring isolation between different components and maximizing security.

To manage databases, we utilized Amazon RDS and DynamoDB, both providing secure and efficient storage solutions for training data. Lambda functions were implemented for task automation and serverless computing, allowing us to execute code without managing servers.

To ensure high availability and scalability, we utilized EC2 Auto Scaling Groups and Network Load Balancer. These features enabled the training environment to handle increased demand during peak usage periods, providing a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience.

To monitor the environment and gather insights, we employed CloudWatch, which provided real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities. Additionally, AWS Trusted Advisor continuously assessed the environment for security and cost optimizations, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.

Finally, we utilized Amazon API Gateway to facilitate seamless integration between different components of the training range environment, allowing for easy access to resources and tools.

By designing and developing this cloud-based cybersecurity training range environment, we demonstrated our ability to apply learned skills and tools to create a practical and comprehensive solution. Our aim was to provide an immersive and effective learning experience for future cohorts or potential corporate clients, equipping them with the necessary cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
