Having line breaks in c:function:: messes up the build log with sphinx errors with current sphinx versions. Correct them and other minor flaws. sasl_encode and sasl_encodev were defined twice. Reduce the definitions to one for each document. sasl_dispose had the wrong definition (copy/paste error). Replace it. Signed-off-by: Bastian Germann <[email protected]>

The docs build fails with current sphinx versions with several errors.
Fix them all.
