move macvim to recipes and add options to override sytem vim #73

options override the default system vim and others are needed with macos

I do think that the spaces in the macvim args are causing an issue with the way the array is iterated over during installation. I tried wrapping it in double quotes but after setdiff the args are iterated over instead of the double quoted macvim line with args.

so, because of the wild way that bash handles arrays I ended up having to run a string replacement to handle args in brew recipes.

  1. string replace token https://github.com/CodisRedding/dotfiles/blob/codisredding/init/20_osx_homebrew.sh#L36-L37

  2. add token to recipe (puke)
    https://github.com/CodisRedding/dotfiles/blob/codisredding/init/30_osx_homebrew_recipes.sh#L26

This ended up working BUT macvim now does require the full xcode install, no longer can you use just the tools. =/
