What kind of change does this PR introduce?
This PR adds a vyvymanga.net to the manga providers.
Did you add tests for your changes?
Yes I did, however they test only the bare minimum just like the other manga-provider tests.

I added documentation for vyvymanga.
Summary
This PR just adds another mangaprovider for a possibly larger Manga catalog.
