Introduce a helm chart for conda-store, including documentation on how to setup a demo environment with the helm chart.

See the included documentation for instructions on how to setup conda-store using a helm chart.

  • use conda-store ui docker image to deploy ui service (depends on Release docker image conda-store-ui#450)
• in follow up prs
• setup release process for helm chart
• support tls
• support different patterns for exposing the app
