- Updates conversation suite with seed comment, special char, and access checks
- updates social-login coverage suite to include test for voting and commenting ability
- adds checks for comment moderation capabilities
- adds basic check for creating and visiting reports
- fixes reports not loading on full page refresh bug
- fixes monitor stats not loading on full page refresh bug
- adds monitor check in test
