app 버전 수정

Details 🌼

클라이언트 버그 수정으로 app 버전 증가

예정

불필요한 프로세스 발생

현재 app 버전을 enum으로 관리하고 있어 클라이언트 버전이 올라갈 때마다 서버에서 수정해야 함
prod 환경에 반영해야 하므로 불필요한 ci/cd가 구동됨

따라서 api를 생성하여 클라이언트에서 관리하도록 수정 예정
