falkon/morph_browser: set OSS frag sizes to 8192

This fragment size equals about 46ms (at 44.1kHz) and is the largest one currently allowed by the OSS VFS plugin. It serves to mitigate any load related timing problems for the moment at the price of a somewhat inflated latency. Issue genodelabs#362.
