I wanted to use the latest toolchain, and was looking at an easier way of updating the extension when a new toolchain is released.
This PR removes the toolchain information from the manifest file. Instead on a new release, the md5 checksum file can be downloaded from the release and added to the repository in manifest/sdk_md5/.
During setup the installation of a toolchain is the same with selecting the one from the list.
