-If river levels are above XX or below XX and the river is inoperable, customer is payed XX amount EACH DAY

Ping the chainlink oracle containing the river water level API to check the voyage’s river water level. (Daily or Hourly)

-If XX > River Water Level Index < XX, smart contract does NOT execute

-If River Water Level > XX or River Water Level Index < XX, execute smart contract
