11252-fix

  • Removed the validation for minimum molecularProfileIds size in request body model class.
  • Added Empty array handling logic to the gene-panel-data/fetch API.
  • Verfied the api is returning empty array when molecularProfileIds is empty.
  • Ran all tests to assure nothing else was accidently broken in the java part by running:mvn integration-test.
