Setup

Note: all files must be 32 bit.

Use trinitycores setup guide but sub the required files with these:

1. MYSQL Server 5.6.49 x86 (32 bit)
2. OpenSSL 1.0.2 (32 bit) Full version only, do not download a lite version!
3. Boost 1.64.0 (32 bit)
4. Cmake 3.16.8 (32 bit)
5. Visual Studio 2017/2019 with Desktop Development C++ option
