Hengband for macOS 3.0.0 Alpha52

Modern macOS interface for the rogue-like game, Hengband ( https://hengband.github.io ). Uses upstream's 3.0.0Alpha52 as the basis.

Requires macOS 10.13 or later. Includes a binary with x86 and arm64 support. Compiled on macOS 11.6.2.

This is the first binary release made using the 3.0.0 prereleases as a basis. Except for the changes needed to adapt to the 3.0.0 code base, the macOS interface is essentially the same as in the 2.2.1.7g version. It does use a different directory, ~/Documents/Hengband-3.0.0, than 2.2.1.7g for storing save files, character dumps, and other game data.
