Hengband for macOS 2.2.1.7h

Modern macOS interface for the rogue-like game, Hengband ( https://hengband.github.io ). Uses an older development version, 2.2.1, as the basis.

Requires macOS 10.8 or later. Includes a binary with x86 and arm64 support. Compiled on macOS 12.5.1.

There's been no change to the save file structure or save file location from the previous version. A full list of changes can be found at https://backwardseric.github.io/hengband/HengbandChangeLog.html . The changes are primarily porting relevant changes to the English messages from Hengband 3.0.0. If you use the source code to compile the GCU front end, there's also changes to improve the handling of colors and the cursor in that front end.
