Integration of Django with Vue 2

Changes made to folder structure. Rest is same as https://github.com/NdagiStanley/vue-django

Clone by: - vue init afterlifenirvana/Vuedj foldername

then - cd foldername mkdir static mkdir staticfiles sh deploy.sh ** for building and running project**

will make further changes soon for adding more basic things..
