Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a group of behavioural symptoms that include inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness.
- A mean worldwide prevalence of ADHD of ~2.2% overall (range: 0.1–8.1%) has been estimated in children and adolescents (aged <18 years).
- The mean prevalence of ADHD in adults (aged 18–44 years) from a range of countries in Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East was reported as ~2.8% overall (range: 0.6–7.3%).4

- Improving the quality of your sleep can make a big difference in your attention, focus, and mood.Poor quality sleep makes the symptoms of ADHD worse, so getting on a regular sleep schedule is essential.
- Exercising regularly is one of the easiest and most effective ways to reduce the symptoms of ADHD in adults and improve concentration, motivation, memory, and mood. Physical activity burns off extra energy that can lead to impulsivity. It also immediately boosts the brain’s dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin levels—all of which affect focus and attention.
- Many of the symptoms of ADHD can be mitigated by relaxation techniques such as meditation and yoga. When practiced consistently, these calming therapies can increase attention and focus and decrease impulsivity, anxiety, and depression.
- Medication for ADHD is more effective when combined with other treatments. You will get much more out of your medication if you also take advantage of other treatments that address emotional and behavioral issues and teach you new coping skills.

- The app provides a Task Planner since organization is a common challenge for adults with ADHD. It plans your tasks as well as notifies you when you need to start it.
- The app provides a Sleep Tracker which will track your sleep cycle and help you regulate it.
- The app provides a Medication Tracker which will notify and help you so that you never forget to take medications (if any).
- The app has a section where you will know about various yoga asanas and workouts, which are ideal for ADHD, as well as watch its video tutorials.
- The app has a section which will help you perform relaxation techniques like yoga nidra and meditation mindfulness.
