I think we should not upgrade.

While the zcashd toml is compatible with the upgrade (https://github.com/zcash/zcash/blob/v5.7.0/Cargo.toml#L59), the Cargo.lock is using 0.1.37 (https://github.com/zcash/zcash/blob/v5.7.0/Cargo.lock#L2193) so i think we should do the same.
