How can I change the base stats on a player card?

Unfortunately at this time you cannot. The simplest option is to create a new player card with the proper stats, and have the bot delete the old one with the ❌ reaction.

Can I add my/someone else's homebrew/custom features/hacks to the bot?

Yes and no. It really depends on what you're trying to add. If it fits in the existing json files data structures you could fork the project and add them as a pull request. If not, or there's a specific set of features you want feel free to add a issue detailing what you are trying to add and we can discuss it. In the future there are plans for more robust mods features, but like all things until someone needs the features of will remain kids priority.
