Windows 7's Adduser CLI Interface for Linux systems

My CLI Interface for Linux systems in order to run the sudo adduser command fast. Based on Python 3.11, made mainly for Raspberry Pi OS (formerly Raspbian). I am new to GitHub so this readme is not good

You need the os package and Python 3.11
