This pull request fixes the README files by fixing up the formatting of the table of contents, getting rid of non-working images and links, adding more descriptive sentences to the features section, and including more information regarding the installation and getting started section. This will allow the user to understand better what the getting started code is doing and how to fix any installation errors that occur.

Thanks for the clean up. This repo would need several code changes to work with one of the latest Nodejs releases.
