Ability to move entire category to a different image collection

In the current collection management UI, you can move (or copy) selected ROIs into a different image collection, but a desired use case is to be able to also do that with every ROI in the current filtered list.

The only possible issue I could see with doing this is if there were so many images to move that the operation times out.

This one needs more work to handle the infinite paging. Most likely a backend call that both locates all relevant ROIs as well as moving/copying them in one action
