Material UI major version updated

What's Changed

• fix(deps): update material-ui monorepo to v6 (major) by @renovate in #1334
• Updated MUI to major v6 → small migration changes, there might be some changes that I didn’t see, but they should work until next major release
• Didn’t update the Grid to Grid2 in Tau-footer
• Updated the InstructionAccordion element visually to match other informative UI elements, also refactored code related to reduce copy-paste
