Chores/housekeeping

Bumped the GOV design library - includes an update to the The Royal Arms graphic in the footer.
Merged main into main-iterations.
Various dependency updates.
Removed now unused "click alternative currency" link commands.
Renamed a "trading address" constant to match the value.

Technical improvements

Created a new E2E/Cypress command to complete date fields.
Updated the "core page checks" E2E/Cypress command to assert "Save and back" button renderings by default.
