electron shell native binaries

for those who do not wish to compile this driver for electron, then this release will help. Included are 32 bit / 64 bit versions for electron.

a script is provided

for manual compiling, ensure VS 2015 is installed.

 npm install msnodesqlv8
 cd msnodesqlv8
 npm install electron-prebuilt
 tool\build-electron.bat

should produce binaries that work with your electron.
