Deprecated Item Restoration Part 1

Restores some of the unused and deprecated items that possibly or certainly existed in Alpha 0.5.3 according to this issue: #1447. Note that I have not covered every item, and some of the items changed still have no in-game source. The items I have changed area as follows:

• Deprecated Captain Sander's Eyepatch : Added as a reward from Captain Sander's Hidden Treasure replacing the Silver Bar. Deprecated tag removed. Proper quality added.
• Aegis of Westfall : Added as a reward from The Defias Brotherhood. Never had a deprecated tag.
• Mark of the Kirin Tor : Added as a drop from Dalaran Summoner. Never had a deprecated tag.
• Deprecated Whisperwind Headdress : Added as a reward from Isha Hawk. Deprecated tag removed. Stats of the release Whipserwind Headdress given to it, since the release one appears to be a re-tweaked copy of the original and the deprecated one is high enough level to have stats (stats seem to have been wiped from all deprecated items when they got turned into grey junk items post-removal, higher item level items probably had stats while lower item level items like Captain Sander's Eyepatch probably didn't, given how non-engineering head items only have stats at item level 20+ in Alpha).
• Deprecated Overseer's Helm : Added as a drop from Riverpaw Overseer. Deprecated tag removed. No stats added since I wasn't able to find a reliable source despite it having an item level high enough to reasonably have a small stat bonus, so quality simply changed to white.
• Deprecated Flayed Demon Skin (old) : Deprecated tag removed. Hasn't been implemented as a drop yet, an older version of "The Corruptor" questline needs to be restored first.
• Deprecated Unholy Avenger : Deprecated tag removed. Chance-on-hit spell effects changed to equivalents existing in 0.5.3. Added as a drop from the unused Dreadlord Malganis raid boss since he seems to be the only match to this item (loot template ID of Malganis hasn't been updated yet to connect to this nor has he been spawned into the world, so the sword is still unobtainable in-game.)
