What's New
- Ability to remove environmental dust particles;
- Ability to remove core particles;
- Ability to remove saber clash effects;

- Bump dependencies.
This release was tested on Quest 2 running Beat Saber 1.13.0. Theoretically, Quest Particles should be backward compatible with Beat Saber 1.12.2 since nothing's changed. Never tested though, so bumping the game version in bmbfmod.json as well.
This release includes a custom-built version of questui.so that uses the latest codegen and beatsaber-hook, so to consolidate dependencies.
