For this feature the maximum absolute value a doubleSpinBox can get is low (e.g. 100 degrees and 100mm). What should we do about it? |

Work in progress adding a Revolve tool to the dynamic modeler. This PR also contains the commits of my earlier PR on the linear extrude tool but the ones from the Revolve tool can by cherry-picked if needed
