PIXHAWK: Removed param loads

The parameter setting as part of a factory reset is no longer needed
since the ArduCopter firmware for both stock and green cubes has the
defaults baked in. This will shorten the installation time, and remove 2
automated reboots.

Sololink initial load from 3DR open sourcing

This is the base Sololink firmware as received from 3DR. It is what you get in 3DR's final v2.4.2 release. There are no other modifications to it.
