Additional files to use for the AWS HPC Workshop.

At present, this is primarily the workshop walkthrough written in Markdown as well as the images.

Assumptions

• ParallelCluster has already been downloaded
• Python is "setup" with virtual environment already
• ParallelCluster config file has been merged with VPC-specific info
• /shared has been pre-populated from S3 with OpenMPI and IOR
• The AWS-Workshop repo has been cloned into /shared
