I've updated the target framework for the unit tests to net6.0 from net5.0 (see #6352).
Updating this will prevent learners from experiencing issues when following the steps in the "Run quality tests in your build pipeline by using Azure Pipelines" module (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/run-quality-tests-build-pipeline/).
