Manager Viewpoint Perspective for The Tutoring Service System

We were given Initial User Stories for the Company Manager viewpoint

Functional Requirements

M.1.1 - The tutoring services system shall let the company manager approve tutors before allowing students to interact with them.

M 1.2 - The tutoring services system shall let the company manager access the basic information of the specific tutor

M.2.1 - The tutoring services system shall allow the company manager to see which tutor the students want to deliver a group review session.

M.2.2 - The tutoring services system shall allow the company manager to see available rooms to assign tutors to.

M.2.3 - The tutoring services system shall allow the company manager to assign available rooms to the desired tutors.

M.3.1 - The tutoring services system shall allow the company manager to remove evaluation comments.

M.3.2 - The tutoring services system shall allow the company manager to see flagged evaluation comments.

M.4.1 - The tutoring services system shall allow the company manager to remove tutors and students from the system.

M.4.2 - The tutoring services system shall allow the company manager to see a list of fired tutors and removed students.

M.5.1 - The tutoring services system shall allow the company manager to add new subjects, courses, and universities to the system.

M.5.2 - The tutoring services system shall allow the company manager to write the description for each subject, course, and university.

Non - Functional Requirements

MN.1 - The tutoring services system shall be user-friendly enough so that company managers shall be able to use all system functions within one hour of training.

MN.2 - The tutoring services system shall include a secure authentication method to ensure only the company manager can gain access.

MN.3 - The tutoring service system shall be easy enough to use so that the company manager can add a new course within 4 user actions.
