1.0.0-alpha

This is the first release of the DCM Parser which is not meant to be used in production yet. It has been tested by 130 JUnit Tests but only with a handwritten DCM which is probably not representative of a real world DCM.

You can support the stability of the project if you file issues when you experience problems or even consider providing the problematic DCM file.
