I've updated the notebooks in this PR. I've noticed that there are two notebooks that were already not working:
train_use_deezy_model_1.ipynbandtrain_use_deezy_model_2.ipynb. It seems to have something to do with whendo_testis True.Everything else runs well.
I've created an issue to address this in the future: #268
