udpates:

  • Temporary scythe uppercut fix, only works correctly on unmodified scythe
  • Fix loading speed on lower frame limits

This is only for EU S8 client with unmodified scythe, do not use this on S10 or max

put d3d9.dll, s4_league_fps_unlock.asi and s4_league_fps_unlock.json next to the game exe
