This release was built out of the JimmsOtherCalibrePlugins repository before I split the released plugins out into their own repos, but the code is the same.

Calibre has an automated system where plugin updates are scrapped from their forum (in this case the SmartEject Calibre Plugin forum), so a release here is primarily for history.
