Experimental scripts to do LD based segmentation on FinnGen endpoints without storing full precomputed LD.
R9 demophenos segmented with r=0.4 gs://r9_data/finemap/demopheno/ld_regions/r2_0.4/demopheno_r0.4_regions
or r=0.2 gs://r9_data/finemap/demopheno/ld_regions/r2_0.2/demopheno_r0.2_regions
Mosty smaller regions but strong signals can be very large. Let's see how these compare to the regular runs.
