1. On Play.ht, you need to clone a voice

2. On Play.ht, you need an account with API access enabled.

3. Run the App

4. Click Settings

5. Input your API user/secret key, select an audio device where you want your sound output to go, and click save

6. Select your cloned voice in the Voice combo box

7. Type in the textbox and press enter or click Speak

The app is resident in your toolbar and can be easily re-opened and brought to the foreground from anywhere in your system.
