New features and fixes:

• Increase size of the decoding buffer in uclogic-decode to support all
  descriptor sizes.
• Ignore missing manufacturer/product string descriptors.
• Add dumping of Huion new-model string descriptors, including another
  one with parameters, which enables the new-model mode.

• Support specifying uclogic-decode input on the command line.
