Herein lies an implementation (and documentation) for the Behaviour system - the replacement for the old Strategy system. Look and ponder, and see how you might utilise this tool in your upcoming season's robot.
There are also some fixes for Wombat on linux (case sensitive pathname), and enabling test suites on Wombat.
