@elikrause @paulrogozenski,
Just let you know. I find that *nl.sigma8 gives you sigma8(cdm+baryon).
To get sigma8 (total matter), you should do nl.sigma8[nl.index_pk_total]

I have checked this by using python version of class (classy)
