Some recent items not captured by Recent Items section

Describe the bug

Not all recent items are flagged as recent.

The Seedbloom and Cache items went into Recent Items as expected, but the Arctic Warden's Gauntlets inside the Harvested Dreamseed Cache were appended as the last item in the Armor category - not in sort order (quality), and not in recent. The itembutton was not highlighted or glowing and I didn't notice mousing over it.

Custom Categories existed, but this was a new item to this character/account and had not been seen before

Steps to reproduce

It seems to happen when multiple items/currencies are received at the same time.
